You can submit your 31 days notice to hold or cancel your membership at CPAMMA at any time through The Payment Company. Next month will be your last full paying month (after the minimum two full paying months) per the agreement signed for membership.
**CPAMMA does not handle 31 day notices.**

Instructors are NOT in charge of changing the status of your account and we do not accept verbal notification. If you wish to inform the instructors of your absence, this is fine, however please remember that you will still need to send in your request via "written notice" by submitting the form above. The status of your account WILL NOT be changed until written notice has been received.
