Introducing "Ground Core" at Central PA Mixed Martial Arts!  CPAMMA's answer to a strong core for our female students!  Consisting of the ground movements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Ground Core is an individual workout at the beginning of each Women's Kickboxing class.  Ground Core gives a total body warm up to ready each student for the Kickboxing workout which immediately follows.  Ground Core is offered at no additional charge to our Women's Kickboxing students!

Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 5:30-6:30PM
