Yoga with Jennifer Kane
‘Jennifer Kane has been practicing yoga since 2001. She has worked with a variety of teachers and styles, including Ashtanga, Kripalu, and Vinyasa Flow. She is a certified yoga instructor through The Mount Nittany Institute of Natural Health 250 hour Yoga Teacher training Program. Her practice includes a devotion to lifelong natural health, including physical fitness, stress management, and maintaining a healthful lifestyle. Jennifer is also a landscape painter, whose work focuses on conservation and the environment.

Come in before work, and bring out the sun during yoga practice in the clean and spacious studio of CPAMMA! It’s a great way to start your day.
Enjoy progressing through a series of movements that will:
-Realign the spine
-Detoxify the body
-Build strength and flexibility, both mental and physical
-Develop body awareness
-Build stamina
-Balance the body through the use of counter poses and proper alignment

Tranquil Yoga
Start your morning with your breath and move into a tranquil flow that lasts with you throughout your day. Center and breathing exercises to begin, then flow into stretches, sun salutations, yoga postures, and closing into a peacful relaxation. Incorporate the energy & harmony you have created in your breath & body in Sunrise Yoga for the rest of your day. Namasta
Katie is a recent Hatha Yoga Teacher Graduate from the Mount Nittany Institute of Natural Health. With her certification in the Kripalu Tradition, she brings to her yoga class a tranquil and peaceful practice that continues to flow throughout the day. Her goal & passion, along with being a massage therapist, is to decrease stress & increase body awareness for her yoga students. Katie enjoys hiking, camping, & yoga with her three young boys.

Carolyn Cappel: (Certified through MNINH)
Gentle Yoga
Carolyn Cook was first introduced to yoga in 2002 and has developed an enduring love and passion for this traditional physical and mental discipline. Carolyn is a certified Kripalu yoga instructor through the Mount Nittany Institute for Natural Health. Carolyn’s personal yoga practice has varied through gentle meditative yoga to more difficult power yoga. Currently nearing the third trimester of her second pregnancy, Carolyn’s class offering will focus on gentle yoga for beginners and beyond.
Monday/Wednesday 9:30am-10:30am (Currently postponed)
$75 per month.
