Last year I was able to visit for a Dog Brother's seminar. Awesome facility, great atmosphere, and great instruction. If I lived in the area, this would be my home away from home. They are always bringing in quality martial artists for seminars and stand alone as a great place to train. I look forward to more visits in the future.

I've been a student here in the BJJ program for about six months now. I've loved every minute I've been on the mat, and it has to do with this school. The instructors have been practicing their arts for a long time, and it shows. They are very attentive to students, working equally with everyone regardless of rank with none of the favoritism that you get at some other places. They, and all the students, make you feel at home from day one. The facility is very clean and well-maintained - even more so than some non-martial arts gyms that I've been to. If you're on the mats often, you know that's incredibly important. The school brings in a lot of high-level instructors for seminars very regularly. If you can find the time in your schedule, you can train in the arts they offer nearly every day of the week - sometimes twice a day. Bottom line, a top-notch school.

Good Times! This gym is a great place to learn lots of martial arts. I've been with them for years and really love the atmosphere and people. I really enjoy the reality based MMA (Kali - stick fighting) The martial arts they teach are excellent and useful. I was kind of shocked to see some negative reviews as this place is enjoyed by so many people! I do see people upset about payments but the system is clear and the rules are simple. You pay monthly....and you give a 30 day notice. Just read the rules when you enter into a contract and the benefits of great instruction and great martial arts are so worth it. I highly recommend you try for yourself, you won't be disappointed!

This is a great gym with lots of space. When I first started the kickboxing class, I was looking for something to do as a hobby but also learn something new and get a great workout as well. It's been the best decision I have made. The class schedules are through out the week so work schedules do not conflict and the gym is family oriented and welcoming, allowing me in the beginning to bring my son while I took class. I highly recommend this gym.

I am enrolled in the Striking Class at CPAMMA and I love it. The instructors are very knowledgable and easy to talk to. The classes are paced very well and make it easy for each individual student to progress at their own speed. Not only do you learn about multiple martial arts but you also get an excellent workout. Nothing but good vibes, I'm really excited to be a member!
