Ajarn Chai Seminar – 4-13-08

Posted in Muay Thai on April 13th, 2008

On April 13th The Real Contact Fight Team went down to MD Thaiboxing for a seminar with Ajarn Chai, president of the Thaiboxing Association.  The seminar consisted of a plethora of Muay Thaiboxing and Boxing material presented by Ajarn.  As always we were amazed by Ajarn’s blazing speed and infallible timing.  Thank you Ajarn for such a wonderful seminar.  Your knowledge is indispensable and has taken us a long way competitively.  Congratulations to Bob & Mike on their Level III Instructorship under Ajarn Chai!

Posted in Boxing, Muay Thai on January 16th, 2008

Secondly, here is the Scott Smith / Pete Sell fight which shows what we have been simulating with flash knockouts.  You need to make sure you keep the lead hand up when throwing the cross so this doesn’t happen:

Here is a another PDF download I made a while back that I decided to post for download. It points out the basics of the Muay Thai “Kick” stance. Please remember that this is a basic foundation and that things can and will change depending on “situations change variables.”
