Before Shawn came down to State College for a seminar earlier this semester he was busy in New York helping Team Renzo Gracie ready GSP and Almeida for their fights last night at UFC 111. Big congrats to GSP and Ricardo for such dominating fights!

Lou Armezzani - who hails from Scranton, has trained in York and now lives in State College - has a fight coming up in Brazil. According to Lou's facebook, the fight is May 21in Ribeirao Preto, the biggest city in western Brazil. The fight is being put on by a group called Platinum Promotions.
